hey

i need someone who knows about plants. and vegetables. some dog came by and grew a bunch of stuff but i don't know what some of it is.

it's all the way over in that abandoned monkey base, though, so don't bother if it's a hassle. it'll probably all end up dead under my care anyway.

if anyone knows how to get dried blood out of clothes, i need that too.

cold water should help with the blood, but if it's dry already there's only so much you can do.

[It's a little past sunset when he arrives, giving a small wave when he finds Ichimatsu.] Hey. You needed help with those plants?

[sees this, literally mana pools back home and walks over to The Other Asshole's house]

Hey, fucker! Are you telling me you planted a garden without fucking knowing what the fuck you planted? Do you want us both to die?

[Never fucking mind that they would both consider that a good thing.]

[Ichimatsu, crouched in front of a row of carrots, turns to his neighbor and raises the tiny nub that is his eyebrow.]

Ah... sure, why not? Anyway, it wasn't me who planted this shit. Weren't you around yesterday, or did you have a hole to go dig?

[In the moment after Ichimatsu speaks, a very dusty lump of fur moves from beside the garden, lifting its head from sleep and stretching out its legs. Ammy yawns, stands, and then shakes off her fur (which does nothing for the dirt and mud still on her) as she trots on over to the two young men. She caught only the part where it was mentioned that Ichimatsu didn't do the gardening, and she actually sits beside him. Looking first to the garden, then at Connor, she straightens a bit and smiles proudly in a very canine way, wagging her tail.

[His handwriting is surprisingly neat, despite being done with his left hand.]

If you'd like me to show you how to remove blood stains, come visit the shack on the islet with a kiddie pool in front.

[He spends a bit of time squinting at the fancy signature, trying to make it out. After a while he gives up and moves onto deciding whether or not he even wants to accept the invitation. Going all the way out there... jeez, it's kind of a hassle.]

[But he is the one who asked for the favor, so this is the least he can do.]

[At some point late in the afternoon, Ichimatsu shows up in front of the shack. He's wearing a purple hoodie with a pouch on the front, and folded up in his hands is another hoodie with a symbol on the front, discolored entirely by streaks of rusty brown. It'll probably be no wonder to Eichi where they came from.]

[For his part, Ichimatsu stands around awkwardly near the kiddie pool for a few minutes, not entirely sure how to start this off. After a bit, he sighs and moves forward to knock on the door.]

[His attempts at signing his name in English as "Eichi T" result in something both fancy and illegible. It's perfect. That kiddie pool, by the way, is still completely deflated, which Eichi never mentioned. It was a landmark, not the destination of their cleaning.

There's some rough coughing from inside the shack, but once there's a knock, Eichi is quick to answer it. He's surprised to see a... mostly familiar face. It has so much more living, healthy skin this time.]

Ah, it's that one I met on the island... Fufu, you look as if you're feeling much better. [He coughs into his hand as he turns, leaving the door ajar without actually inviting Ichimatsu in. This tiny little shack should only be fitting two people, but there's stuff for three...

So, he grabs his knapsack, wiggling it as he steps outside.]

For a shirt like that, ocean water won't damage it. Come this way, and I'll show you, okay?

If it were someone else's name signed at the bottom of it, or hell, if it were just left anonymous, he might have been quick to insist that he is fatal to literally everything up to and including plants. He's already kind of made an ass of himself in front of Tataru once, though, so...]

[Well, she's a lalafell of her word, so later that afternoon, she'll turn up with her gardening book and also a few of the supplies she's been using to look after her own garden.

She doesn't actually know where his house is so to start off she just... heads over to the garden itself, opening her book and beginning to reference it as she looks over the plants that are there so far.]

Lemon Juice and salt, dry in direct sun.
Distilled Vinegar.
Hydrogen Peroxide.
Ammonia.

These should work when removing blood from cloth.

if you wanna meet the dog just go to the monkey compound sometime. she hangs out there. watch out for the traps.
