Yes.

Endoskeletal: A quality of a being referring to the support structures. Unlike in bugs, who possess an external shell, an endoskeletal creature possesses an internal support structure.

Vertebrate: A creature possessing a central column of nerves known as a "spine".

Biped: A creature which walks upon two legs.

(Perhaps an example would help. They are aware the Knight is familiar with individuals matching all definitions.)

Example: Grimm is bipedal. We are bipedal and endoskeletal (in addition to possessing an external shell) though we are not a vertebrate. The Drifter is bipedal, endoskeletal, and a vertebrate, but they are not Human. Connor is Human.
