[There's no such thing as "accidentally" calling everyone on the Far Stones. One must have consciously made the decision to speak to everyone, like a walkie-talkie that can't be turned off on the receiving end. So when Chara speaks to- everyone, it is with full awareness that they are, in fact, speaking to everyone.]
Poisonous flowers are curious things, did you know? [Which is why they start off on such a chipper note!] For many, it is the act of ingesting them which causes illness or fatality. For others, however... the simple act of prolonged contact is enough- toxins are absorbed through the skin.
Death can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. [By golly, they sound happy about this.] So it's a frightfully good idea to invest in some gardening gloves, should you wish to transplant any flora from Ziziphus to another locale. It could be the difference between a new garden and your rather unfortunate demise.
[Anyways everything's totally chill. Chara's totally fine and absolutely nothing is wrong ever, they just like making these kinds of announcements for kicks. It has Absolutely Nothing to do with failing to request gloves of their own.

That's not funny.
[did you hear the one about --?
Ha ha.]
But it's not a joke, is it?

You remember Wolfsbane, do you not? That lovely flower you came into contact with in the castle.
Burns, doesn't it?
no subject
[Wolfsbane. The castle. References made without a flicker of caution tucked behind the smile they can hear. They're quiet for a few beats; for a few more. One who doesn't know Frisk might think they simply aborted the conversation entirely. But they speak again, slow and dull and brittle.]
Like you're dying.

[It isn't a question. He was bleeding out in the dirt just last month, and it is way too soon for Chara to be returning the favor. Particularly when they only have until the tenth. God, they only have until the tenth.]
I'm on my way.

Don't blow things out of proportion, Timothy. At this stage, I'm sure I have some resilience to this style of illness.

[He's not seeing the humor in the situation. He doesn't see the humor in most situations. Don't take it personally; they called everyone on these stones, and they did so intentionally, because oblique calls for help are the only ones they can endorse.]
That doesn't mean it doesn't hurt like hell.

considering how old this is probably better to handwave after this, I think

Hope the threadjacking is okay. :D
[Muffet refrains trying to argue about this entirely, just grabbing the nearest bit of monster food she can grab and bolting straight for the temple. Some small corner of her mind privately resolves to find out whoever sent that and make sure she can repay them properly.]
tooooottally fine!

Do you want me to hop over to the thread with Tim and The Knight or stick with this one?
Probably best to jump into the thread with Tim!

It's very nice of them to offer this little PSA. Hello, perfectly healthy and Not Dying Chara-sensei, she has a question-]
How do you know which ones will make you sick?
no subject
Hello Ren everything is Fine.]
I have botany books that you can read to identify them.
no subject
Can we read them together? Right now?
[Because they're not DYING of POISON or anything.]

He never realized how alike Kidwun and Komaeda are. It makes him feel pretty stupid as he gets up and gathers his things for a trek. He's like the rest but Kidwun matters to him too.]
I'll be sure to make gloves for you while you're recovering. Because you will. [There's no doubt in his mind. Enough people are answering and he'll pour over his own knowledge to see if he can do anything.]
Do you want another visitor or would you rather I stay away. It's your choice.
no subject
But that could be the poison talking.]
It might be pertinent to visit later- but perhaps you would be willing to do something in my stead?

[This isn't Ed's field of expertise. He knows the body and how it works, but he can't...fix it. He doesn't know how to draw out a poison, not without a Stone to help facilitate his inexperience. There are other people on the way already, people that probably know more than Ed, but--]
Sit tight, okay? We're gonna get there quick.
[Hell, it'll wipe him out but he can carry someone up to that damn peak if he has to. Anything to get them the care they need, and NOW.]

[For someone everyone's immediately realized is dying, they sound exceptionally calm, if not a little exasperated. Their gardening assistant really spoiled all the fun, here.]
No rush, sir. There are already multiple people converging upon my location via the mana pool- at this rate, I'm going to start feeling stressed. Perhaps my heart rate will increase.
We really wouldn't want that, would we?

CW: Komaeda.
[He pauses a moment, he doesn't sound particularly concerned like everyone else. But then, this is the first time he was talking to this person.]
In the future I would recommend gloves for all gardening, not just for poisonous ones. Thrones aren't great to deal with either.
Also, unless you really want to die, most poisonous plants, especially slow acting ones can be cured, and I'm sure Hinata kun can figure out an antidote.
But, if this is really the path you want to go down I won't stop you, but slow poisoning is rather agonizing and I would just do something quicker to speed up the process, it's not like it will last anyway. So, might as well rip off the bandaid!

Thorns are bearable, sir- one who can garden is usually capable of avoiding them. Additionally, a gardener understands that Wolfsbane currently has no known cure- at the least, not in my world. Or the world my botany books have come from. So as confident as I am in Hinata’s abilities, I do doubt the extent of what can be done. But why die faster and spoil their fun?
People love attempting to fix things.
[Especially things that are broken beyond repair.]
