stone noticeboard: backdated to after November Intro
Infirmary is a go!
Looking for:
- Anyone willing to do runs for possible medical supplies or things that can be made into supplies
- Someone who can follow instructions and wouldn't mind occasionally playing nurse
No worries about who is running this. I am a trained medic and coroner, though limited in what I can do surgical wise. No, the infirmary isn't 24/7, because sleep is needed. Will make house calls if needed but would prefer if the patient is brought to the infirmary due to environmental and sterility concerns.
It's on Enso. Hard to miss.

Healing magic is neat and all but I find it very limited in the scope it can be used in. That to me is more of an aftercare and superficial/possible deep wound treatments, not for things like anaphylactic shock and heart attacks.

He's kept me from dying more than once. Including one time when I lost two of my fingers and it was night, so we couldn't go down to the infirmary.
[ Because it would have been some sixty to eighty floors down, she doesn't even remember anymore, and the Tower monsters were always worse at night. ]

It's like hiring someone who claims they are an architect right off the street without checking if they are and then having the building collapse and kill you because the person didn't know what they were doing.

I just confess myself a bit stunned it took this long for anyone to bother.

It was supposed to be open in October, but I took along nap.
A month long nap.

I'd love the help! Anything you think might help I'll take. I do have a list in case you want to know specific things I am looking for.

[Also you seem to be, uh, real not interested in that! It's fair enough; magical healing is what works for monsters, but humans have so much else going on. He just learned about the concept of germs like, a few months ago.]
Here is an interesting fact: food cooked with monster magic takes on healing properties! It is no substitute for real treatment, but it can help speed the natural healing process.

like someone did tell you we have a sedative plant in the monkey compound
[He figures the combination of drugs+the monkey compound makes it obvious who wrote this so he doesn't bother signing it.]

I hella need that plant because I don't think people would be pleased to be literally knocked out.

And what kind of medical knowledge?
Got a few things and I'm down both my clerics.

I know traditional, modern, and some alien medical things, and if I really need to, some robot maintenance.
Like D&D clerics?

Some bandages, plants and shit.
I'm gonna need it though unless you have other stuff to share.
Also like regular clerics. Like all clerics?
What does that mean
