Some of the writing at the bottom got damaged, but whoever wrote this was evacuating their home - some place called Tempide - because it was being swallowed by the sea? [Or it was something else that had the side-effect of raising sea levels.] Or collapsing, which they say had happened before.

They ended up at a temple which - might be somewhere on this island? We found this at a dock.

[There's a brief pause, because what do you really...say when you're dealing with something like this?]

There's more, but I don't really know what it means. But somebody else might find something that explains more.

And though I understand summaries being useful, they're only useful for recapping or when you have more pieces. They're useless when trying to put things together. It would be better to state that he found something interesting and then say he will share it after knowing people are listening.

But, I suppose I can forgive. Some people are just not on the right level as others.

There is a lot to consider with this text found. It brings up a lot of questions. Where did this person come from? What had happened? Can we find the temple spoken of?

Tempide was in the summary and in the complete thing. We already know where they come from.

I'm wondering what happened with the sea. Was it some kind of natural event or something else? Were the books talked about lost or are they still here somewhere? ...it almost sounds like this was the new colony.

What was lost can't be here, since it was written after arriving to the new place. This should be the colony.
