How is synthetic life treated in your universe of origin?

The organics here are kind to us.

[And while Legion cannot see it, there's a small relieved smile on Zidane's face.] Well that's good to hear at least. [To be honest, he never thought he'd meet other artificial beings here. His only experience is the black mages and how they were treated. And his own race, the Genomes. Except the Genomes only recently arrived on Gaia. They haven't met many other people on Gaia besides the black mages. But maybe one day some of them besides him will mix with everyone else on Gaia. And they'll get along. Hopefully, anyway.

Zidane's never faced any discrimination for his origins yet. Not the nature of it anyway. Although to be fair, he didn't know about his origins until very recently. And that was a whole lot of baggage in itself. However his friends helped him back on his feet. That said, he's not sure if "I was made to provoke war and kill everyone on another planet" is something he should casually say to just anyone. That sort of thing would probably end very awkwardly. However, while he still has lingering issues about his origins, there is one thing he knows.]

Hang in there, okay? There will be people back in your home world who will believe you. And who knows? They might be able to convince others to think the same way. As for the other artificial beings in your world, give them a little time, okay? Learning what it really means to live might be hard for someone who's lived their whole life telling them the wrong thing, or at least that's how I see it.

There are no other synthetics, save for those we encounter here.

(They only said that the organics here were kind. The problems they've encountered with fellow synths have been encountered purely on Enso.)

It is? Aw man, I'm sorry.

[Save for those they encounter here? Wait, they did mention that there are other artificial beings they failed to convince about being more to life than what you're made for.] Oh.....right. Well, maybe the ones you've found need a little time. I guess if you've spent most of your life being told to think that way, it could be hard to accept when someone tells you otherwise. I know someone who thought a little like that.

(The loss is ever present on their mind.

And yet, what this person has said is of greater interest.)

Have they learned that this is not the case? Do they accept themselves?

[Zidane's not sure what to say else on that. But he suspects Legion might want to talk about something else now. Since the subject is drawn to his 'little sister'...] Yeah, she has. It took her a little while and there are a lot of things she doesn't know. But she'll get there. [Either way, there's a sense of pride in his voice. Big brother is happy with what she's learning.]
