Part of Shion is always thinking and that part is surprised about that. Diseases such as pneumonia had been non existent in No. 6 though he suspected the West Town had such illnesses.

Connor seemed to come from a place with high levels of technology. His world had the concept of other dimensions, yet he had been ill with pneumonia?
