Uhm, hi! Stubbed your toe? Got stung by something? Bleeding out? Lucky you! Not on the nearly dying part, but just call me on this Scroll-Stone thing and I'll put my Aura in you and leave you 100% better in no time.

[A long pause.]

Unless I'm too late. Hopefully not. It's not like I'm going to use it for anything else. [He starts rambling.] It probably won't hurt. I never got to ask. But it's better than dying. Anyway--!

Aura? How exactly does it work for healing?

Uhm...so, on the world I'm from, everything with a soul also has an aura that can be used to shield them, channel into their weapons and armor, even heal their wounds.

[He hopes he's explaining this decently. Someone like Pyrrha would be better at it.] But most people can't connect to another person's soul to heal them. I can. That's my special ability- my semblance. Some people can go so fast they turn into rose petals, other people channel lighting to get super strength. [He holds his arm nervously. Not that it can be seen.] I can't do any of that, but if someone's hurt I can help.

[There’s silence as he takes it in.] Okay, that sounds really useful. But, what are the drawbacks? How much does healing normally take from you?

[Useful? Him? He doesn't necessarily believe it, but he holds onto it nonetheless.] Don't worry about that. I've been told I have a lot of aura, so it would take a lot to get to that point, and the worst that would probably happen is I'd get tired.

[He thinks.] But one drawback is I'm not very good at multitasking when I do it? So if we were in battle, I'd need someone to make sure the enemies stayed distracted.

We can have someone pull back and guard you when we need your healing.

This place keeps reverting my weapon back to knife form at random, but that won't be an issue. I can compensate.

I trust you, Keith. You knew what you were doing back there, and you saved me. If it hadn't been for you, I would have been literal fishfood.

And yeah it does. Back home it stayed in one form or the other depending on my will. Now it reverts every so many minutes. I'll trade favors soon to fix it.
