My name is Xion. I've been here a couple months now, and there's something I want to talk to everybody about.

The Jormun have been talking about the sun dying. That it's going to be really bad - with darkness and monsters and other dangerous things. But I haven't... really seen that many people talking about it. Or at least what we're going to do. Before I got here, I came from a place where things like this would happen all the time and it helped a lot to work together, or at least not all fight on our own.

And if we're going to do that here, there's different things we should probably do:

• We need to get supplies together. Things like food and water, and clothes to keep warm. Maybe wood for fires too. We probably have healers but medical supplies too, in case powers don't work for some reason, or there isn't one nearby.
  
• We need places we know will be safe. Like camps, or bases. They'll need some kind of defenses, and people there in case monsters try to break through. We should have at least one place too for people who don't want to fight, or can't.
  
• If we have enough people with different skills, it might be a good idea to figure out who goes where, so that not everyone - people who can fight, or heal, or things like that - is all in the same place. Unless we all are in the same place, I guess.
  
• Has anybody talked to the Jormun about working together yet? We should probably figure out if they're okay with letting us help them, and if they are, how we can coordinate.

There's probably other ways we can prepare that I didn't think of. I'm sort of new at this. Sorry.

I think... Riku might've figured out what he was?

[She'd been picking through her memories since her conversation with Noct about the little guy.]

Dream Eater. I think that's what he said? They're from our worlds, but none of us had ever seen one, before Riku and Sora got them from the administrators from some game or experiment, or something.

[He makes a 'hnh' type sound in response.]

Not terribly common, then, I take it?

I guess not, at least not the places we've been to.

[The only thing she can really figure at this point is that they're native to some world or place she hasn't been to yet, nor Riku. Nor Sora, but at the point he came to the Tower, that wasn't saying much.]

But there's so many worlds out there, I guess it shouldn't be surprising.

[Excalibur kicks a foot delightedly as Xion scratches at a sweet spot on his side. She grins fondly.]

[Another noise of agreement, and he finally comes close enough to risk licking range again.

Hey there, beastie, don't mind his hand extended for sniffings, right?]

More friendly than even most of the domesticated animals I've met.

[Is it becoming apparent yet that he isn't a pets guy and has no idea how to do the critter smalltalk?]
